Job Summary
Provide daily care for residents (bathing, dressing, meals) and support nurses and a care team. Build meaningful connections with residents while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, offering comfort, and helping residents maintain dignity. Roles are available for Home Health Aides (HHAs) and CNAs across multiple shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd; with 3rd shift 11:00 pm–7:30 am and some weekend coverage). On-the-job training and a friendly, team-focused environment are highlighted. Requirements include an active Massachusetts CNA license or HHA certificate and a preference for at least 1 year of experience with elderly populations and Alzheimer’s/dementia care.
