Job Summary
Provide direct care to seniors in an assisted living community. Assist residents with activities of daily living, respond to emergency call alerts, and document daily resident assistance activities. Maintain safety and adapt to changing duties, while following facility policies. Requires CNA or HHA certification and 18+ years old; strong communication skills and physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 10-30 lbs. Required Qualifications
- Must be certified (CNA or HHA)
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to remain stationary 50-100%
- Ability to exert 10-30 lbs. of force or to move object
