Job Summary
Care Partner (CNA/HHA) sought to assist seniors in an assisted living community under new management. Responsibilities include providing assistance to residents with activities of daily living, responding to emergency call alerts, documenting resident assistance activities, remaining flexible with duty changes, and maintaining a safe facility environment in accordance with policies. Candidates must be certified CNA or HHA, at least 18, able to communicate effectively, and capable of stationary work for most of the shift with the ability to lift/move objects as needed. Required Qualifications
- Must be certified CNA or HHA
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to remain stationary 50-100%
- Ability to exert 10-30 lbs. of force or to move objects
