Job Summary
Caregiver/Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one care for an elderly female client in Creston, Iowa during 12-hour daytime shifts. Responsibilities include personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting), meal planning and preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping and laundry, mobility assistance and transfers, companionship and emotional support, and engaging the client in activities. Must have compassionate, patient, dependable traits with strong communication, the ability to follow a care plan, and reliable transportation. Training provided with opportunities for advancement; PPE provided as needed for safety.
Required Qualifications
- CNA or Home Health Aide certification/license preferred
- Caregiving experience is a plus but not required
- Compassionate and dependable personality
- Ability to work independently and follow a care plan
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
