Job Summary
Caregiver/Home Health Aide needed to provide one-on-one care for an elderly female client in Creston, IA, on 12-hour daytime shifts. Responsibilities include personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting), meal planning and preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping and laundry, mobility/transfers assistance, companionship, and monitoring well-being with reporting to the care team. Requirements emphasize compassionate, patient, dependable individuals with strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, follow a care plan, and reliable transportation. Training and opportunities for advancement are available; PPE provided as needed.
