Job Summary
Provide in-home personal care to clients in Traverse City, MI, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility assistance, and support with ADLs/IADLs; assist with meal prep, light housekeeping, and medication reminders; monitor client condition and document care; cover cases as openings arise and help with scheduling and basic office tasks; maintain positive relationships with clients and families; flexible part-time schedule with potential to grow into full-time, and mileage reimbursement offered.
Required Qualifications
- Current Michigan CNA certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proof of auto insurance
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
- Strong communication skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered mindset
- Comfortable working independently in client homes
- Willingness to assist with office duties when needed
