Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensed in Virginia provides high-quality personal care and support in a home-care setting per individualized care plans. Performs ADLs (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility support), monitors client condition and reports changes to supervising nurse, maintains accurate documentation, ensures a safe and clean environment, adheres to state regulations and infection control protocols, and communicates effectively with clients, families, and the care team. Requires active VA CNA license, 1–2 years of caregiving/clinical experience; CPR/First Aid preferred; reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing with the Virginia Board of Nursing
- Minimum of 1–2 years of professional caregiving or clinical experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
