Job Summary
Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including toileting, mobility, and personal support, while encouraging participant independence. Measure and record vital signs, assist with meal service and hydration, and maintain a clean, safe environment for participants. Document care accurately and support recreational and therapeutic activities as directed. Perform other duties assigned by your supervisor. This role offers a Monday–Friday work week with a consistent day shift schedule, excluding nights, weekends, or overnight shifts. Competitive hourly pay is $18, with comprehensive benefits including 401(k) matching, PTO, and holiday pay starting day one. Bilingual candidates fluent in Haitian Creole or French are strongly encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Bilingual candidates fluent in Haitian Creole or French
