Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, eating, grooming, personal hygiene, mobility, communication, and toileting while supporting independence in accordance with personalized care plans. Observe residents and communicate changes or concerns to the nursing team, ensuring exceptional documentation is submitted for all services provided or declined. Build meaningful relationships with residents and families while participating in community activities, wellness programs, dining experiences, and special events. Work collaboratively with Health & Wellness, Culinary, Lifestyle, and Hospitality teams to deliver an exceptional resident experience through The Sterling Touch®. Deliver care that is professional, respectful, and personalized in a luxury senior living environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull, and remain active throughout the shift
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- One or more years of experience providing assistance with activities of daily living
- One or more years of experience working with seniors
