Job Summary
Provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents per their care plans, including assisting with daily activities, identifying residents before treatments, documenting accurately, reporting changes in resident conditions to nursing leadership, maintaining a warm and safe environment, and supporting residents with meals, mobility, personal care, and daily routines. Maintain confidentiality of resident information, participate in nursing handoffs, and ensure compliance with facility policies. Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in the state and able to lift up to 25 pounds; CPR preferred. This is a full-time CNA role in a long-term care setting in Twinsburg, OH.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state
- 10th grade education or higher
- CPR certification preferred
