Job Summary
Provide direct patient care in activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and toileting. Reposition patients and assist with transfers between beds and wheelchairs. Monitor resident needs by observing unusual conditions and reporting them to the charge nurse. Ensure the call system is accessible and answered promptly. Assist nursing staff with vital signs and height measurements. Help residents with errands and activities. Work full-time night shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. for a starting rate of $20 per hour. A valid Florida CNA license and CPR certification are required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state of Florida CNA license
- CPR certification
- Ability to speak, write, and comprehend the English language
- Ability to document patient records using PCC
- Ability to complete in-service training
- Background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
- 12 hour shifts 7p-7a
- Full-time employment
