Job Summary
Support adults with development disabilities in a residential program by providing assistance with activities of daily living, meal preparation, and personal care. Coordinate individual community outings such as movies, shopping, or baseball games to help residents integrate into the community. Distribute medication and accompany individuals to medical appointments while maintaining a structured routine. Maintain a 2:4 or 3:5 staff-to-individual ratio across first, second, and third shifts in Mansfield, Taunton, and Fall River. Hold a valid Massachusetts C.N.A. license, a clean criminal background check, and a valid driver's license. Required Qualifications
- valid Massachusetts C.N.A. License
- A qualifying criminal background check and driving record
- Valid driver's license
- Use of your personal vehicle
- A TB screening and Physical
- TB update every two years
