Job Summary
Support adults with development disabilities in a residential program by assisting with activities of daily living, meal preparation, and personal care. Coordinate medication distribution and facilitate structured routines that include individual community outings such as movies, shopping, and dining. Manage medical appointments and ensure a safe, supportive environment for residents. Requires a valid Massachusetts C.N.A. license, compassionate demeanor, and a clean criminal background check. Part-time, full-time, and relief shifts available in Mansfield, Taunton, and Fall River.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts C.N.A. License
- A qualifying criminal background check and driving record
- Valid driver's license
- Use of your personal vehicle
- A TB screening and Physical
- TB update every two years
Desired Qualifications
- An interest in CNA, PCA and HHA type work
- Students in Human Services, Psychology, and Sociology programs
