Job Summary
Support adults with development disabilities in a residential program by assisting with activities of daily living, personal care, and meal preparation. Coordinate individual community outings such as movies, shopping, and dining to facilitate integration into the community. Distribute medications and accompany individuals to medical appointments while maintaining a structured routine. Maintain a 2:4 or 3:5 staff-to-individual ratio across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts in Mansfield, Taunton, and Fall River. Requires a valid Massachusetts C.N.A. license, clean criminal background check, and valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- valid Massachusetts C.N.A. License
- A qualifying criminal background check and driving record
- Valid driver's license
- Use of your personal vehicle
- A TB screening and Physical
- TB update every two years
