Job Summary
Provide direct care support to adults with developmental disabilities in residential programs, assisting with activities of daily living, meal preparation, and personal care. Facilitate individual community outings such as movies, shopping, and dining to support integration into the community. Manage medication distribution and accompany individuals to medical appointments while maintaining a structured daily routine. Maintain a 2:4 or 3:5 staff-to-individual ratio across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts in Mansfield, Taunton, and Fall River. Requires a valid Massachusetts C.N.A. license, clean criminal background, and valid driver's license. Offers on-the-job training, tuition assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and 403(b) for eligible positions.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts C.N.A. License
- A qualifying criminal background check and driving record
- Valid driver's license
- TB screening and Physical
- TB update every two years
