Job Summary
CNA position in Kendallville, IN at Lutheran Life Villages (Kendallville campus) offering Full-Time or Part-Time night shifts (10PM–6:15AM) with every-other-weekend work. Provide hands-on personal care and support residents’ health, independence, and dignity under licensed nursing staff. Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, toileting and incontinence care, nutrition and hydration support, feeding assistance, ROM and mobility assistance, documentation of care, bed checks, and reporting changes. Requires completion of the 105-hour Indiana Nurse Aide Training Program and active Indiana CNA certification; prior long-term care or senior living experience preferred but new grads welcome. Strong communication, empathy, patience, and professionalism are essential, along with basic computer skills for charting. Required Qualifications
- Completion of the 105-hour Indiana Nurse Aide Training Program or equivalent
