Job Summary
Float between Sanford Health facilities as a Full Time FLEX - Float - CNA, providing resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to residents in long-term care, including tasks such as bathing, feeding, vital signs, transfers, mobility assistance, and documentation; role requires infection control adherence, PPE use, and collaboration with RN, with shift coverage across days, evenings, nights, and every-other-weekend rotation; includes shift premiums and a $2,500 bonus eligibility and a float pool premium.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position by being enrolled in a training program or in the process of obtaining certification through Endorsement
- CNA training and certification required and provided by facility
- High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required
- Minimum age of 16
- Annual continuing education requirements (12 hours)
