Job Summary
The CNA will provide direct care to residents across the Care Center, including Rehab, Assisted Living, Special Care, and Long-Term Care neighborhoods. Full Time, 3rd shift (10PM-6:30AM) with holiday and weekend rotation. Responsibilities include maintaining confidentiality and honoring Residents' Rights, supporting a team-oriented environment, and staying self-motivated. Ideal candidate should be a team player with a positive attitude capable of effective communication with residents, families, staff, and regulatory personnel. Requires State Tested Nursing Assistant eligibility (or Test Ready with completion of state test within 120 days); First aid and CPR certification preferred. Prioritize attendance and reliable work history. This role operates in a Drug Free Workplace; EO E and veterans/disabled considered.
Required Qualifications
- State Tested Nursing Assistant or Test Ready Nursing Assistant (Test Ready will need to complete and pass state test within 120 days of hire)
- First aid and CPR certification, preferred
- Must be able to communicate effectively with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public
- Must have excellent attendance and work history
