Job Summary
Join Benchmark Senior Living as a CNA for 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) at Crescent Point at Niantic. Deliver compassionate resident care in a home-like environment, assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting), documenting care and reporting health/behavior changes, engaging residents in meaningful activities, and providing emotional and customer-service-focused support. Starting hourly wage is $20.75 with a $1/hour shift differential for the 2nd shift; benefits include paid training, uniforms, health/dental/vision coverage, 401k with company match, paid time off, and more.
