Job Summary
Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents per the resident's assessment and care plan, and as directed by supervisors. Support activities of daily living, observe and report changes, maintain documentation, and collaborate with the care team. Required Qualifications
- CNA certification
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant
- Licensed Practical Nurse not required (CNA focus)
- Ability to provide routine daily nursing care per care plan
- Good communication and teamwork skills
