Provide routine, daily nursing care to residents in accordance with established procedures; receive and review reports from the nurse on duty; assist residents with oral hygiene, bathing, dressing, and hair care; perform activities of daily living including feeding; monitor residents and report changes to the Charge Nurse; maintain confidentiality of resident information and follow facility policies; demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and compassionate interaction with residents, visitors, and staff; shift: full-time evenings; location: Oriskany, NY.
