CNA role at SEM Haven supporting residents in a resident-centered, family-oriented long-term care environment. Responsibilities include providing personal care, assisting with food preparation/serving, helping transport residents, cleaning and organizing living areas, participating in household activities and meetings, and supporting residents to live as independently as possible. Emphasizes respectful interactions with residents, families, and staff, adherence to facility policies, quality improvement guidelines, and applicable regulations. Shift is 3 pm–11 pm; role requires ability to perform tasks related to maintaining life in the household, with physical demands such as lifting, standing, and mobility.
