Job Summary
Provide routine daily nursing care to residents including activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, ambulating, feeding) and adherence to care plans; perform assigned tasks and document/report changes during shift handoffs; monitor vital signs; assist with transfers and positioning; observe skin integrity; participate in restorative procedures and following infection-control guidelines; ensure resident rights and safety; communicate with supervisors and care teams; work the 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) on evenings; be part of a Full-time CNA team in Ephrata Manor, PA.
Required Qualifications
