Job Summary
Provide care to residents in the household to help meet their daily needs, including medical, physical, and emotional support; advocate for residents to ensure quality of life; promote residents' psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationships; help plan and facilitate social activities; maintain a clean, safe environment and handle residents' personal laundry; NC CNA certification required; ability to work both independently and within a team in a fast-paced setting; strong communication and documentation skills in English; contribute to a faith-based, mission-driven community at Friends Homes.
Required Qualifications
