Job Summary
Conduct Activities of daily living including bathing, personal hygiene, dressing, and bolus feeding for medically fragile individuals. Perform range of motion activities, catheterization, oral/nasal suctioning, and oxygen administration under a 1:1 patient care ratio. Document care as directed while maintaining cooperative attitudes and working independently with minimal supervision. Maintain physical ability to walk, lift, bend, and kneel within state guidelines. Work flexible full-time or part-time shifts with full clinical support available day or night.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) certification
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid CNA I or II certification
- Copy of TB test
- Current CPR
- Valid state identification
- Good emotional health
- Physical ability to tolerate much standing, bending and lifting within guidelines
- Ability to read and follow written instructions
- Ability to document care as directed
- Cooperative attitude toward providing services
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Physical ability to walk
- Physical ability to lift
- Physical ability to bend
- Physical ability to kneel
- Physical ability to see clearly
- Physical ability to hear clearly
- Physical ability to speak clearly
- Must be able to work full-time and part-time shifts
