Job Summary
Perform personal care activities assisting patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, ambulation, transfers, dressing, meal preparation, and accompanying them on errands or medical appointments. Execute patient-specific tasks such as providing hospice supportive care, medication reminders, range of motion exercises, and incontinence care for bed-bound patients. Utilize lifting equipment like gait belts and Hoyer lifts while performing light housekeeping duties. Weekend shift differentials and employee referral bonuses are available.
