Job Summary
CNA-Field providing basic personal care (vital signs, bathing) and supporting care for patients and primary caregivers in Seminole and Largo on a Monday–Friday 8a-5p schedule; duties include educating patients and caregivers about personal care, patient positioning and daily living; opportunities for CEU support, tuition reimbursement, PTO, and advancement within a mission-driven Full Life Care network; role emphasizes compassionate end-of-life care in a hospice/healthcare setting under Empath Health.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Florida Board of Nursing certification (CNA License).
- Valid Florida State Driver’s License (This is only required if colleague chooses driving herself/himself as mode of transportation when reassigned to work at another facility).
- One to Three Years of training and/or experience required. One year of experience in a long term care facility strongly preferred.
