Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living including eating, bathing, elimination, ambulation, and positioning. Obtain vital signs, weights, calorie counts, intake, and output accurately. Report changes in residents' conditions promptly to the charge nurse. Present each resident with a clean and neat appearance while respecting core values. Work night shifts from 10:30 pm to 6:30 am, Monday through Friday, earning $24.10 to $26.05 hourly with evening and night differentials.
Required Qualifications
- Must have CNA certification or in the process of obtaining certification
- Required current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Pennsylvania
- Have a sincere desire to work with older adults and demonstrate sensitivity to the needs of others
- Kind, respectful, patient and cheerful when engaging with residents, co-workers, families, and community
- Demonstrate a sincere teamwork approach to resident care
- Support the mission, philosophy and values of Fairmount
- Infection Prevention Protocols in place per CDC and CMS regulations
