Job Summary
Provide individualized physical, psychological, and social support for residents at Hillcrest Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Lower Burrell, PA. Assist with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, bathing, feeding, toileting, colostomy care, transferring, and mobility exercises. Maintain resident dignity and respect during all care tasks while communicating effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare staff. Work evening and night shifts, including weekend warrior rotations of two 16-hour shifts every weekend. Full-time and part-time opportunities available with a $2,500 sign-on bonus and daily pay via Tap Check.
Required Qualifications
- Must be fully certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) through the state
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with CNA responsibilities
- Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to resident care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
