Job Summary
Monitor patient vitals and behavior, report changes to nursing staff, and assist with grooming, bathing, and transferring low-mobility patients. Prepare rooms with necessary supplies, help patients eat and take medications, and ensure proper dosages. Turn patients in bed to prevent bedsores, collect lab samples, and educate families on health conditions. Maintain patient records with confidentiality and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals. This evening shift role requires a valid CNA license and strong interpersonal skills.
