Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) at our Skilled Nursing Facility. CNAs will assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), take and record vital signs, support mobility and positioning, and maintain documentation of care. Candidates should demonstrate a patient-centered approach, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to meet physical demands of the role. Active CNA certification is required.
Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the state
- Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents as needed
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to the licensed nurse
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, or rehabilitation setting preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
