Job Summary
Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meals. Provide companionship to promote dignity and independence while monitoring residents to report condition changes to nursing staff. Maintain a clean, safe environment following infection-control guidelines and document care provided to communicate effectively with the care team. Support residents with kindness, patience, and respect in a supportive, team-focused workplace. CNA, DCA, and PCA certificates are required, with caregiving experience preferred.
