Job Summary
Provide individualized, respectful care to residents in a nonprofit skilled nursing facility. As a primary caregiver, assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, mobility), observe and report changes in physical or emotional condition, and communicate with the charge nurse. Build meaningful relationships with residents, support both long-term care and short-term rehabilitation residents, and contribute to a team-focused, mission-driven environment. Shift differentials apply; full benefits and a rotating schedule for part-time and full-time roles.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification/license required
- Experience with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and resident care preferred
