Job Summary
Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance. Administer medications accurately and safely as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT). Monitor and document patient vital signs, health changes, and daily progress. Assist nursing staff with clinical tasks and patient care plans. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Respond promptly to patient needs and call lights. Requires active CNA certification in Maryland and valid CMT certification. Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays. Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Maryland
