Job Summary
PRN CNA at City Scape Rehabilitation and Care Center in Denver, CO. Provides routine nursing care under supervision, including assisting with bathing, hygiene, feeding, continence care, and monitoring residents’ vital signs to notify staff of changes. Works with elderly, disabled, and emotionally upset individuals in a 60-bed facility offering dementia care, skilled rehabilitation, long-term and hospice services. Must be licensed as a CNA in Colorado and capable of rotating shifts (open shifts: days and nights).
