Job Summary
Resident Care Associate (CNA/HHA) provides personal care and support to seniors, including assistance with activities of daily living, medications per state regulations, and engagement in cognitive and social activities per the approved service plan. Documents services, monitors resident needs, and participates in ongoing training; supports dignity, independence and safety in a senior living environment at The Residence at Great Woods in Norton, MA.
Required Qualifications
- Must have completed the course for certified nursing assistant or have equivalent training as required by State Regulation
- CPR and First Aid training as mandated by the State employed
- Current license/certification as required by State Regulation
- Experience in caring for seniors with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of Dementia is preferred (optional)
- Computer literacy for documenting services provided
