CNA | Chester Critical Access Hospital | Medical & LTC | PRN Status

Provides basic nursing care to patients under the direction and supervision of assigned leadership in the Chester, MT area, delivering and assisting with patient care, documenting care, and maintaining patient privacy. Requires Montana CNA certificate and CPR; Home Health Aide certification is preferred or must be obtained within six months of hire. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, coordinating with leadership on workloads, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and supporting department standards and compliance. Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills are essential, with the ability to work independently as needed and to uphold HIPAA guidelines.
