Job Summary
Provide daily living assistance, companionship, and coordinated care to residents in a Williamsport, IN facility. Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting), mobility and transfers, and meal support to ensure proper nutrition. Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and emotional well-being. Collaborate with nursing and healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care while promoting dignity, respect, and individualized attention. Requires valid Indiana CNA certification and the ability to perform physical tasks; first shift (6a-2p) available. Required Qualifications
- Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility
