CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)

Job Summary
Perform direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel including personal care, ambulation, and recording vital signs. Assist residents with grooming, bathing, and dining needs while maintaining a compassionate and respectful environment. Collaborate with nursing staff to develop care plans and observe changes in residents' conditions. Qualifications include current Nursing Assistant certification from Florida, effective communication skills, and a customer service orientation.
Required Qualifications
- Current Nursing Assistant certification from state of Florida
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
- Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives
- Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- Current/active CPR certification, preferred
- At least one (1) year Skilled Nursing experience preferred
