Job Summary
Nursing Assistant provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance in a long-term care setting under RN supervision. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing), obtaining and recording vital signs, transferring and repositioning residents, range of motion and passive exercises, assisting with meals, documenting resident interactions, communicating care needs to the charge nurse, basic housekeeping and laundry, and supporting wellness and recreational programs. Must follow infection prevention policies and proper PPE use. Requires CNA certification and graduation from high school or GED preferred. Evening, part-time role at the Bismarck facility with shift differentials and potential sign-on bonus. 401(k) retirement plan and comprehensive benefits available for qualifying positions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position by being enrolled in a training program or in the process of obtaining certification through Endorsement
