Job Summary
Provide patient-centered care under RN supervision, including assistance with personal hygiene, grooming, feeding, ambulation, and medical monitoring. Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR and manage home tasks such as basic housekeeping and shopping. Work part-time days (Mon, Wed, Fri, Sun) from 12:00pm to 3:00pm in Memphis, TN. Maintain a valid driver's license and meet state certification requirements for CNA or Home Health Care Aide. Join Adoration Health's private duty team dedicated to supporting patients and families in the comfort of their homes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age requirements are 18 years
- Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy
- Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide is to provide care
- Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up 75 lbs.
- Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach
