Job Summary
Provide hands-on care and support to Assisted Living residents by assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Support medication reminders, maintain proper care records, and document all services provided while promoting a safe, respectful environment. Build meaningful relationships with residents and families through consistent assignments and daily communications with the Resident Services Director. Work under supervision in a supportive team-first culture with flexible PRN scheduling available.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one (1) year related health care experience
- Successfully complete required dementia training
- Positive Criminal Background Screening
- Adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in CPR and first aid
- Licensed or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Nursing Assistant (NA) in good standing with the state licensing or certifying agency
- Previous experience with computerized resident documentation systems
