Adhere to safety rules, infection control measures, and ethical standards to maintain resident health and privacy. Collaborate with the care team to ensure effective support. Complete ongoing training to improve caregiving skills.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of state competency exam for CNA certification
- Ability to move and assist residents
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Accurate recording of resident information and vital signs
