Job Summary
Conduct personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, and grooming for residents. Serve meals while adhering to dietary guidelines and preferences. Manage laundry operations to maintain cleanliness and comfort. Address resident needs promptly with empathy and communicate effectively with the care team. Document observations and updates on resident conditions accurately. Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures. Participate in ongoing training to improve caregiving skills. Complete state competency exam for CNA certification.
