Job Summary
Provide routine nursing and personal care for residents to assure the highest quality resident care. Participate in shift handoffs, follow resident care plans, provide nursing/personal care, facilitate activities, and respond to resident requests with dignity. Must be a CNA with training and an active Indiana license; role requires teamwork, effective communication, and adherence to care standards. Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
- Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program
- Active/Current Indiana License
