Job Summary
Provide personal and nursing care to residents per their care plan, assist with activities, monitor resident requests and needs, and maintain a clean, safe environment. Participate in and support activities, document resident activities and care, and ensure timely and compassionate meal and care support. Work various shifts including night, evening, and weekends, with opportunities for daily pay and additional benefits such as tuition reimbursement and health plans. Emphasizes respectful, dignified care and adherence to center policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program or be eligible to enter such a program and graduate and pass a state test within 120 days from date of employment
