Job Summary
Answer signal lights and bells to determine resident needs. Assist residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair, and incontinence care. Obtain food trays and assist residents with feeding. Assist resident with range of motion exercises. Assist with transport to wheelchair and activity areas. Monitor and record temperature, food and fluid intake and output. Meet the communication needs of resident and family. Communicate changes in residents' clinical condition. Work full-time day shifts or part-time day and evening shifts at Ozanam Hall Nursing Home of Queens.
Required Qualifications
- NY CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant License
- Every Other Weekend required
- Full-Time Day shift
- Part-Time Day and Evening shifts
Desired Qualifications
- SNF and LTC experience preferred
