Job Summary
Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming while monitoring and reporting changes in their condition. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans, and assist with vital signs including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse. Maintain accurate records of patient care and demonstrate a commitment to infection control by adhering to established policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Current CNA certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
