Job Summary
Provide direct patient care under licensed nurse supervision, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor vital signs, report changes to staff, and maintain a safe, clean environment. Develop individualized care plans and communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team while participating in quality improvement initiatives. Requires current Pennsylvania CNA certification and ability to lift and transfer patients in a fast-paced setting. Full-time position with a $2000 sign-up bonus.
Required Qualifications
