Job Summary
Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Assist with meals, snacks, and hydration as needed while monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff. Support resident mobility, balance, and transfer activities, and maintain a safe and clean environment. Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans, participate in resident-centered care conferences, and maintain accurate and timely documentation. Requires current CNA certification, ability to lift and transfer residents, and effective communication skills in a fast-paced setting.
